As the Senior Finance Manager, you will not just be managing accounts; you will be building the entire financial framework for our client from the ground up. Reporting directly to the C-suite, you will be responsible for establishing the fiscal governance, operational efficiency, and strategic financial planning that will underpin the company's future.

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Framework Development: Design, implement, and manage all financial policies, procedures, and robust internal controls on behalf of our client.
- Budgeting & FP&A: Lead the end-to-end financial planning process, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and strategic financial modeling.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements, ensuring strict compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Financial Operations: Manage core financial operations, including treasury, cash flow management, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll oversight.
- System Implementation: Take a leading role in the utilization and optimization of Oracle Financials, ensuring the system meets all business and reporting requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key financial liaison for internal leadership, PIF stakeholders, external auditors, and banking partners.
- Strategic Advisory: Provide insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations to the executive team to support high-level decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience (Must-Haves):
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional qualification (CPA, CMA, ACCA) is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in financial management.
- Crucial: Demonstrable experience within the Real Estate sector or direct experience working for the Public Investment Fund (PIF) or a PIF portfolio company.
- Deep, practical expertise in IFRS standards and application.
- Hands-on proficiency with Oracle Financials or a similar Tier-1 ERP system is essential.
- Proven ability to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting functions.
- Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia with a valid and transferable Iqama.
