Responsibilities

Oversee the company's financial management and accounting operations.
Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Conduct financial planning, analysis, and budget variance assessments.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and key financial performance indicators.
Develop and maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
Lead and supervise the finance team while supporting business decision-making.
Utilize financial systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Excel to improve reporting and efficiency.
