Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Lead Field Engineer - Structural to join our site-based Construction Supervision team on a landmark development project in Riyadh. The role focuses on on-site leadership of structural activities, technical direction to a team, and ensuring quality and safety across all stages.

You will review drawings, coordinate with stakeholders, monitor progress, and support testing and handover activities, leveraging BIM-enabled delivery where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in structural construction supervision, inspection, or field engineering on major projects.
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, structural steel, deep foundations, retaining structures and temporary works.
• Proven leadership of site supervision teams on large-scale developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all structural construction activities on site in line with drawings, specs, contract requirements, and quality standards.
• Provide technical direction to a team of structural inspectors and field engineers.
• Regularly inspect foundations, concrete and steel structures, retaining walls, and temporary works.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve structural issues.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, material submissions, and inspection requests.
• Ensure works align with approved designs, codes, standards and project specs.
