Job summary
AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Field Engineer – Architectural Finishes in Riyadh to supervise finishing works, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and QA/QC standards. You will coordinate with architects, interior designers, and contractors to ensure high-quality finishes across landmark developments.
Applicants should have 8+ years in building construction with 5+ years in architectural finishes supervision, and experience in luxury hospitality or convention
Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in building construction and architectural supervision.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural finishes supervision on major projects.
- Experience with luxury hotels, resorts, convention centers, or high-end developments.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and inspect architectural finishing works to ensure compliance with drawings and contract requirements.
- Monitor installation of wall finishes, ceilings, flooring, cladding, joinsery, and related finishes.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and contractors to resolve interface issues.
- Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
