Job summary

NOZOM is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Consultant with a focus on Data Architecture to lead our Data Department and align data strategies with business goals and Saudi national requirements. You will design enterprise data models, govern data quality, and coordinate with regulators and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in enterprise and data architecture.
• Experience with data governance and national data requirements (NORA, SDAIA, NDMO).
• Strong knowledge of Saudi public sector contexts and regulatory expectations.
• Hands-on with data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical).
• Familiarity with data standards, metadata, and data lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data architecture within the enterprise architecture framework.
• Translate business objectives into data requirements and design the data platform architecture.
• Develop and standardize data models across enterprise systems.
• Oversee governance aligned with SDAIA, NORA, NDMO requirements.
• Prepare requirements for National Data Index (NADI) assessments and related Qiyas reviews.
• Lead the data team and coordinate with stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
