Job summary

Zahran Facilities Management is seeking an experienced Project Electrical Engineer to lead the Electrical Operations & Maintenance function on a large-scale project in Saudi Arabia, overseeing a department of about 140 personnel.

The role focuses on managing LV/MV switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS, ATS, and MDBs/DBs, ensuring safe, reliable operation and compliance with NEC, NFPA, IEC, IEEE, HSE, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant electrical O&M experience.
• Proven experience managing large teams, preferably 100+ personnel.
• Strong experience in large-scale facilities, projects, hospitals, or residential/commercial facilities.
• Strong knowledge of PPM/CM, electrical systems, NFPA, NEC, and safety requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a large electrical team, including engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Manage electrical O&M, PPM/CM, emergency response, and daily maintenance activities.
• Plan and monitor manpower, maintenance schedules, KPIs, budgets, and work performance.
• Oversee electrical systems including LV/MV switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS, ATS, MDBs and DBs.
• Manage contractors, vendors, procurement, materials, and maintenance resources.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, IEC, IEEE, HSE, and Saudi regulations.
• Manage CAFM/CMMS systems, technical documentation, reports, and maintenance records.
• Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all electrical services.
