Job summary

MAFAS-Mahmal Facilities Services seeks an experienced Electrical Maintenance Lead with a strong background in facility management. You will supervise electrical maintenance activities, ensuring safe, reliable operation of panels, generators, UPS, lighting, and related assets.

With a minimum of 10 years in electrical maintenance and at least 5 years in a similar facility management role, preferably in malls, you will coordinate with technicians, subcontractors and client representatives to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical maintenance.
FM experience with at least 5 years in a similar role.
Experience in malls preferred.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance activities.
Ensure proper operation of electrical systems, panels, generators, UPS, lighting.
Monitor maintenance work for safety, efficiency, and timeliness.
Review issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Prepare and review maintenance reports and records.
Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and client reps.
Monitor equipment condition and recommend repairs or replacements.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and HSE requirements.
Support preventive maintenance planning and implementation.
Close work orders, breakdowns, and maintenance requests promptly.
Assist in managing spare parts and tools.
Participate in inspections, testing, commissioning, and assessments.
