Job summary
Durucooperation in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Inspector to oversee vendor inspection and quality surveillance for Oil & Gas construction projects. You will ensure electrical installations, instrumentation, calibration, and inspection activities meet approved specifications and standards.
Responsibilities include inspecting HV equipment, monitoring compliance, reviewing calibration and quality records, and ensuring adherence to health and safety
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in E&I inspection on Oil & Gas projects.
- Experience with HV installations, switchgear, drives, and hazardous areas.
- Familiarity with BS, IEC, ISO, API, ATEX, EEMUA standards and client specs.
- QM qualifications: QM-01, QM-02, QM-39, QM-16, QM-17, QM-18, QM-19, QM-21, QM-22, QM-36, QM-46, QM-48.
Responsibilities
- Perform E&I vendor inspection activities for Oil & Gas construction projects.
- Inspect high-voltage installations, switchgear, drives, and hazardous area installations.
- Monitor installation activities for compliance with requirements.
- Verify instrument calibration for flow meters and process instrumentation.
- Review E&I inspection, testing, calibration, and quality documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards and client requirements.
- Adhere to health, safety, and quality regulations.
- Identify quality deviations and support corrective actions.
