Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, commercial correspondence, Company Documentation Cycles, and In-Out Company Letters.
  2. Design all Company Formation, Templates, and Logs based on Department Technical Requirements. Input document data into the standard registers, ensuring accuracy and currency.
  3. Generate various document control reports as required.
  4. Type site documents and follow up on all site needs.
  5. Ensure controlled copies of the latest approved documents and drawings are provided to the appropriate staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  6. Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings, and their distribution.
  7. Keep documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody, preventing damage or deterioration, with easy traceability.
  8. Maintain files and control logs as required by the project.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree relevant to the field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in large construction projects.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, word processing, and job-specific software.
  • Ability to maintain clear and accurate records and reports.
  • Computer literacy with rapid data entry and retrieval skills.
  • Organizational skills for workload management and filing techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English.
