Job summary

Lucid Motors Middle East seeks an experienced Dimensional Engineer to lead end-to-end dimensional engineering across vehicle programs. Drive GD&T, tolerance analyses, and 3DCS simulations, coordinating with Design, Manufacturing, Quality and Suppliers to ensure world-class fit and finish.

The role requires strong leadership, 8+ years in the field, and the ability to mentor dimensional engineers while guiding launches from concept to production ramp with ownership and rigor.

Qualifications

• End-to-end dimensional engineering experience from concept development through production launch on five vehicle programs.
• Expert-level GD&T knowledge and application.
• Experience driving dimensional architecture and influencing vehicle concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead collection and deployment of dimensional targets across product, process and tooling.
• Validate launch component and assembly locating strategies to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing and Quality to develop GD&T requirements.
