Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive invites a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to act as the senior technical resource for complex vehicle diagnostics, warranty escalations, and OEM coordination. The role supports workshops with advanced diagnostics, reports, and continuous improvement across aftersales operations.

You will coach technicians, drive adoption of OEM standards, and lead technical reporting while coordinating with OEM teams for recalls and field actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in automotive/ mechanical/ electrical engineering or related field.
• OEM Master Technician certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnosis and resolution of complex vehicle faults escalated by the workshop.
• Coordinate recall campaigns and warranty escalations with OEM.
• Coach technicians on advanced diagnostics and emerging vehicle technologies.
• Ensure OEM standards and accurate technical reporting are followed.
