Gathern | جاذر إن is seeking a DevOps professional to streamline software delivery through automation, CI/CD, and shared responsibility. You will design pipelines, manage IaC, and automate deployment across cloud and container environments while ensuring security and incident readiness.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, adherence to best practices, and continuous improvement of DevOps processes within a fast-paced setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in software development, system administration, or IT operations.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Bash, Python) and basic automation techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery.
• Develop and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) to provision and scale resources.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and maintenance tasks using scripting and config management tools.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations to integrate testing, security, and deployment processes.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize infrastructure for scalability and reliability.
• Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Enforce security best practices, compliance standards, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Maintain documentation for infrastructure setup, deployment procedures, and incident response protocols.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging tools and methodologies to improve DevOps practices.
