Job summary

OSHCO is seeking a senior DevOps/Platform Engineer to design and implement automated delivery capabilities across cloud and on‑prem environments. You will establish reliable CI/CD, IaC, configuration management and observability practices while remaining vendor-neutral.

Qualifications

Minimum seven years hands-on DevOps/platform engineering or cloud engineering experience.
Proven CI/CD, IaC, configuration automation and container platforms experience.
Experience supporting production services across public/private/on-prem clouds or hybrid environments.
Experience delivering enterprise projects or managed services with incident/change management.
Experience producing technical designs, runbooks and operational docs.

Responsibilities

Design, implement and operate CI/CD pipelines for apps and infrastructure.
Automate build, tests, security validation, release management and deployment evidence.
Develop reusable IaC modules and templates for cloud, virtualized and on‑prem resources.
Operate container runtimes, orchestration, networking, storage and security components.
Embed security checks and secrets management into delivery pipelines.
Define reliability metrics and perform RCA for issues across distributed environments.
