Job summary

Lucidya, an AI-native Customer Experience Intelligence platform, is hiring a DevOps Engineer to scale cloud infrastructure, automate deployments, and enhance reliability. You will own CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, monitoring, and security across our SaaS product.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infra.
• Practical scripting with Bash or Python for automation.
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
• Understanding of cloud security, IAM, and secrets management.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Manage cloud infrastructure with Terraform and IaC tooling.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Grafana/Prometheus.
• Automate repetitive tasks and support development teams with infra work.
• Troubleshoot deployments and incidents, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve performance, reliability, and release processes.
• Follow security best practices across pipelines, apps, and infrastructure.
• Contribute to incident investigations and documentation to improve workflows.
