Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• 15+ years of professional experience in design management.
• Experience delivering large-scale, multidisciplinary projects in the Middle East.
• Strong client-facing and leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of design governance, technical assurance, and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for design management across all project stages.
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary design teams and consultants.
• Establish and maintain design management processes, governance, and controls.
• Coordinate between master planners, architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve interfaces.
