The role requires regular site attendance to ensure the approved design is properly implemented, with close follow-up and coordination with contractors, consultants and relevant stakeholders.**Key Responsibilities:**• Lead, manage, supervise the Design Team and the Works execution on site. • Manage design deliverables, coordination and approvals across multiple projects. • Review design drawings, specifications, materials and technical submissions. • Oversee FF&E projects, including design development, material selection, procurement coordination, installation and handover. • Attend sites regularly to monitor and supervise the execution of the approved design. • Ensure the contractor’s work complies with the approved drawings, specifications, materials and required quality standards. • Follow up with contractors on design-related matters and resolve site issues in coordination with the relevant disciplines. • Review shop drawings, material submittals, samples, mock-ups and RFIs. • Coordinate architectural, interior design, MEP and specialist requirements. • Monitor design progress, identify risks and delays, and ensure timely corrective actions. • Attend coordination and progress meetings and provide clear status updates. • Support site inspections, snagging, close-out and final handover.**Required Qualifications and Experience:**• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field. • 15–20 years of relevant experience, including solid experience in a Design Manager role and Site Supervision. • Strong experience in design management, interior fit-out and FF&E projects. • Proven experience supervising design teams and following design execution on site. • Good knowledge of construction methods, materials and multidisciplinary coordination.**Preferred Qualifications and Experience:**• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is preferred. • Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills, presentable. • Proficiency in relevant design and project-management software.**Location:**On-site –Riyadh, SAUIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
