Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in data science and machine learning, with strong command of Python and SQL.
• Hands-on expertise with Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, and XGBoost.
• Deep applied knowledge of statistics and experimentation, including hypothesis testing, experimental design, causal inference, and uncertainty interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Transform complex business challenges into data-driven intelligence by framing problems analytically and engineering robust features.
• Design, develop, train, and implement mathematical models, algorithms, and ML solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Apply techniques across exploratory analysis, forecasting, segmentation, anomaly detection, and causal analysis.
• Integrate ML solutions into products, prototypes, or processes with enterprise-grade scalability.
• Define success metrics and translate analytical results into actionable recommendations for decision-makers.
• Lead or manage complex analytical workstreams with deliverables, milestones, risks, and escalations.
• Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with customer teams to co-develop data and AI-driven solutions in embedded environments.
