Job summary

Confidential Government seeks a data analytics professional to support organizational units with indicators, intelligent analyses, and data-driven reports. The role involves building data warehouses, maintaining historical views of operations, and guiding senior management through data-driven decisions.

You will coordinate with the Data Management Office, ensure data quality, and train end users on analysis methodologies while contributing to innovative BI solutions and cross-department data

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or any related field.

Responsibilities

• Provides support for activities related to supporting organizational units by providing indicators, intelligent analysis, data, studies, and advanced analytical inputs and tools.
• Provides support for activities related to supporting the organization’s organizational units in achieving their strategic objectives by providing indicators, intelligent analysis reports, data, and studies.
• Ensures the mechanism for implementing data collection activities and building data warehouses to conduct the necessary analyses.
• Provides support for activities related to providing a historical and current view of operations, using the data available in the data warehouse in addition to operational data.
• Provides support for activities related to supporting senior management in the organization in making data-driven decisions.
• Ensures activities related to supporting the exchange of information, publications, and scientific and research statistical studies with the organization’s internal departments, government entities, and private institutions.
• Supervises the mechanism for reviewing available data and information to identify and interpret any useful patterns or trends in complex datasets.
• Provides support for activities related to training end users on methods and methodologies for interpreting and analyzing different datasets.
• Provides support for activities related to managing and providing information technology components for business projects that identify, design, and implement innovative solutions in the fields of technology and business intelligence/analytics solutions.
• Supervises the mechanism for coordinating with the Data Management Office regarding data sources and the management of the data being displayed, in order to implement data handling policies.
• Provides support for activities related to data processing, tracking key performance indicators, and identifying trends and insights based on the data that has been processed and analyzed.
• Provides support for activities related to implementing procedures for extracting, preparing, and loading data from a variety of sources using various technologies.
• Supervises the mechanism for identifying common practices through data analysis, collecting the analysis reports delivered to developers, and following up on the results.
• Ensures that data quality analyses are conducted, data is interpreted, and results are analyzed using statistical techniques.
• Complies with the organization’s work controls and conduct, cybersecurity policies, and procedures specific to the organizational unit.
• Performs any other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.

Education
