Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Customer Engineer to drive the technical go-to-market strategy, bridge technical strategy with business value, and guide enterprise clients from pre-sales validation through onboarding and expansion. Qualifications

Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Professional Services, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Management.

Responsibilities

Lead technical deep-dive discovery and map customer infrastructure to Cloudflare architectures.
Own onboarding, technical health, risk, and expansion strategy with Account Executives.
Carry a quota tied to new business acquisition and ongoing account growth.
Act as a trusted technical advisor across the customer lifecycle, guiding architecture and implementation.
Leverage AI agents and workflows to automate routine tasks and reclaim time for strategy.
Develop and educate internal teams and customers on SOPs, architectural best practices, and technical guides.
