Job summary

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Project Quality Specialist - CSA Works in Riyadh to lead quality assurance across civil, structural, and architectural works on major airport and infrastructure projects. The position emphasizes material inspection, NCR handling, and final handover with strong CSA oversight.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of CSA QA/QC experience, knowledge of ISO 9001, and expertise in ITPs, NCR management, and QA reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field and at least 10 years of CSA quality assurance/quality control experience.
• Strong practical exposure to civil, structural, and architectural quality management in major airport, infrastructure, or large-scale building projects.
• Familiarity with ITPs, Method Statements, WIRs/MIRs, NCRs, quality records, corrective actions, and inspection documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor CSA quality requirements for civil, structural, and architectural construction activities.
• Review drawings, specs, Method Statements, ITPs, checklists, and inspection requirements before work proceeds.
• Conduct planned quality surveillance and inspections of critical CSA activities.
• Monitor Contractor and Subcontractor compliance with approved quality procedures.
• Review CSA-related MIRs, WIRs, test reports, certificates, and quality records.
