About the role

We’re looking for a results‑driven CRM Marketing Specialist to design, execute, and optimise lifecycle marketing campaigns that engage users across all stages — from onboarding and activation to retention and loyalty.

In this role, you’ll leverage multi‑channel marketing automation (email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, and in‑app messaging) to deliver personalized, data‑driven experiences at scale. You’ll continuously experiment, analyse engagement data, and iterate to maximise impact, using both traditional CRM platforms and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi‑channel lifecycle campaigns that drive user engagement, retention, and cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Design and implement data‑driven journeys using behavioral triggers, user attributes and predictive models.
  • Conduct A/B tests and implement improvements to optimise open rates, click‑through rates, conversion rates, and other indicators (KPIs).
  • Set up, test and execute complex multi‑lingual journeys across email, push, in‑app, SMS and WhatsApp, ensuring all communications are thoroughly tested and on schedule.
  • Run SQL queries to build segments and analyse campaign or user data.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product and data teams, ensuring that all campaigns are planned, scheduled and executed to plan.
  • Report on campaign performance and insights to relevant stakeholders, highlighting impact, learnings and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Stay ahead of CRM, marketing automation, and AI trends, integrating new tools and strategies to elevate campaign performance.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • 1‑2 years of proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation.
  • Hands‑on experience with Customer.io, Braze, MoEngage, Salesforce or similar CRM tools and syntax languages (Liquid tags, AMPscript, etc.).
  • Strong working knowledge of HTML/CSS and email development best practices.
  • Python, advanced SQL, and strong analytical skills are highly desirable.
  • Experience in Vibe coding and building tools using OpenAI, Replit, Anthropic, or similar environments is an advantage.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English. Bonus point for Arabic.
  • A detail‑oriented mindset, curiosity for experimentation, and a passion for leveraging technology to drive marketing impact.
