Urbacon Saudi Company seeks a Cost Control Manager to oversee the financial health of projects from a commercial perspective in Saudi Arabia. You will lead budgeting, cost estimating and cost-control systems across departments, tracking spend and reporting variances to senior management.

Eight years of relevant experience, including five in supervision, are required; Gulf-region experience is advantageous. Proficiency in SAP and a finance degree are essential for this role.

Formación

• Eight years of experience in cost control or related roles with at least five in a supervisory position.
• Experience in the Gulf region is advantageous for understanding local contracts and markets.
• Proficiency with cost control processes and ERP integration, particularly SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare project and departmental budgets aligned with financial goals.
• Prepare cost estimates covering all foreseeable expenses and risks.
• Track expenditure against budget as work progresses.
• Analyse cost variances, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Report metrics and trends to senior management regularly.
• Establish and maintain cost control systems and procedures.
• Identify financial risks and set mitigation against cost overruns.
• Review contracts for cost terms and compliance; manage cost issues.
• Support health, safety and environment initiatives as required.
