Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Quantity Surveying, Law, Engineering or Construction Management, preference for Western-educated candidates.
• Professional qualifications in contract management or construction law (RICS, CIArb, FIDIC) are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Hold overall responsibility for contract management on large-scale projects, safeguarding contractual and commercial interests.
• Lead the contracts team, including workload distribution and personnel management.
• Oversee formation, administration, pre-qualification, bid evaluation, and award of contracts/subcontracts.
