Job summary

Hill International, Inc. is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager in Saudi Arabia to review, draft, and negotiate contract documents in line with local procurement laws and company standards.

The role emphasizes risk management, change control, and collaboration with project teams across the organization. You will monitor performance, maintain accurate contract files, support lifecycle management from initiation to closeout, and coordinate with legal counsel on complex issues while staying

Qualifications

• Bachelor in engineering required from an accredited university.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in contracts management.
• Experience with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia procurement law.
• Demonstrated experience in pricing, contract law, and negotiation of changes.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate contract documents to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions, ensuring favorable terms for the company while minimizing risk.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain contract templates and standard operating procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to project managers and stakeholders in contract matters.
• Monitor and track contract performance, including deliverables, milestones, and payments.
• Identify and mitigate contract risks, and propose solutions to resolve any issues that may arise.
• Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date contract files and documentation.
• Support managing the contract lifecycle from initiation to closeout, including contract modifications and extensions.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in contract management.
• Collaborate with legal counsel to resolve complex contract issues.
• Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures in place within Hill International, and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.
