The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in major projects within Saudi Arabia and the wider region, with a proven track record in project delivery, safety and quality compliance, and stakeholder leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in construction management for major buildings and infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of all operational aspects of large-scale and complex developments.
• Proven experience in project management, construction delivery, and multi-disciplinary coordination.
• Experience in major complex projects in Saudi Arabia and the region.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans, schedules, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of construction phases.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
• Oversee site logistics, resource allocation, and construction sequencing for optimal efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Review and approve construction documentation, including method statements, shop drawings, and material submissions.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews with project stakeholders.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to site teams and junior staff.
• Prepare and present progress reports to project leadership and clients.
