Job summary

HanmiGlobal MENA is looking for a highly qualified HSE Manager to join its program management team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on health, safety, and environmental management for a major infrastructure development program on behalf of a government entity. You will lead program-level HSE initiatives, ensure compliance and safety standards, and support the successful delivery of the program.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and over 15 years of experience in HSE management within infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.

Qualifications

• 15+ years professional experience in HSE management.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the Program HSE Management System.
• Promote proactive safety culture across the program.
• Monitor HSE performance across all development packages.
