Job summary

Unifonic, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Analyst to manage regulatory affairs, draft and refine policies, and advance our compliance program across the organization. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a compliance analyst or specialist in an enterprise-level organization.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong writing/editing and verbal communication skills.
• Compliance management or project management certification is a plus.
• Experience in international standards and local regulatory requirements related to telecommunications, data protection, and data localization.
• Higher Education/Bachelor’s Degree in Technology or Management field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regulatory compliance and manage engagement with regulators.
• Identify and manage regulatory compliance risks with management and staff.
• Organize training sessions for employees on regulatory changes and updates.
• Support in creating and implementing organizational policies, standards, and procedures to comply with applicable regulations.
• Research industry compliance regulations and policies.
• Evaluate internal operational and procedural compliance.
• Maintain regulatory compliance through communication of requirements and training stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a compliance record-keeping system.
• Maintain communication with regulators and follow up on applications.

At Unifonic, our Compliance team is responsible for managing and enhancing the Compliance function. We focus on all Compliance affairs of the company to anticipate issues and to find proactive and practical solutions for the business.

Help us shape the future of communication by:

• Ensuring that the organization has an engagement framework with the regulator (CST).
• Working hand in hand with management and staff to identify and manage regulatory compliance risks.
• Maintaining and coordinating an open line of communication with all relevant decision‑makers and stakeholders to keep all parties informed of regulatory communication and impact.
• Organizing regular training sessions for employees to efficiently communicate key regulatory changes and updates.
• Supporting in creating and implementing organizational policies, standards, and procedures to comply with applicable regulations.
• Researching industry Compliance regulations and policies.
• Evaluating internal operational and procedural Compliance.
• Maintaining regulatory Compliance internally through communicating requirements, obtaining approvals, and training stakeholders.
• Applying for Compliance certification and regulatory approval.
• Developing and maintaining a Compliance record‑keeping system.
• Maintaining communication with Compliance regulators and following up on applications.
• Keeping up with Compliance requirements and amendments to regulations.
• Identifying roadblocks and proposing process improvements.
• Maintaining Compliance communication register and documentation.
• Creating and managing action plans in response to regulatory Compliance audit discoveries and Compliance violations.
• Remediating any regulatory audits, and periodic reviews, and compiling gaps and action plans.

What you’ll bring:

• Hands‑on 3+ years of experience as a compliance analyst or specialist within an enterprise‑level organization.
• Strong experience in both reviewing and drafting policies and documentation in both Arabic and English.
• Compliance management or project management certification is a plus.
• Experience in international standards and local regulatory requirements related to telecommunications, data protection, and data localization.
• Higher Education/Bachelor’s Degree in Technology or Management field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to effectively plan, manage, and complete projects in line with stakeholders’ needs and expectations, and organizational strategic objectives.
• Diligent attention to detail and advanced analytical abilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.
