Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support salary benchmarking, compensation reviews, and benefits administration in Saudi Arabia. The role emphasizes HR data management, reporting, and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in HR, proficiency with HRIS systems, Excel, and data-driven decision support. Strong analytical attention to detail and stakeholder collaboration are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably in Compensation & Benefits or HR Operations.
• Experience supporting compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, benefits, and HR reporting.
• Experience with HRIS platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support salary benchmarking using market surveys and external compensation data.
• Prepare compensation analyses for hires, promotions, transfers, and salary adjustments.
• Assist in annual salary reviews, merit increases, bonus cycles, and other compensation programs.
• Support job evaluation, grading, and organizational structure initiatives.
• Coordinate employee benefits administration, including medical insurance, leave programs and other benefits.
• Liaise with insurance providers and external vendors regarding benefits administration.
• Maintain accurate employee and compensation data within the HRIS and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare HR, compensation, headcount, and workforce cost reports and dashboards.
• Analyze HR and compensation data to support workforce planning and business decisions.
• Conduct periodic data audits and ensure compliance with policies and Saudi labor regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR reporting, compensation processes, and system efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and stakeholders on compensation and reporting initiatives.
