Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Senior Manager - Commercial to oversee budget control, forecasting, and reporting for major transport infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure financial discipline and provide detailed analyses to support strategic decisions.

The role requires experience in contracts, claims, arbitration, and leadership across multi-project programs, with proficiency in Prism or SAP and Power BI, and prior Middle East exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and professional qualification preferred.
• Experience leading commercial management on major projects in regulated environments.
• Strong experience in contracts, claims and arbitration; Saudi/Middle East exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget management and cost control across major transport programs.
• Provide comprehensive reporting and forecasting to support decisions.
• Lead a commercial and contract administration team across multiple projects.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and ensure compliance with governance requirements.
