Job summary

Nextwo Co. is seeking a Senior Cloud & Security Infrastructure Engineer to own the design, security, and reliability of enterprise cloud and hybrid environments across Azure and OCI.

You will design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure, while leading initiatives and mentoring teams in a dynamic regional environment. The role requires 10+ years in IT Infrastructure, strong cloud and networking expertise, and certifications in Azure or OCI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 10+ years of IT Infrastructure, Cloud Operations and Information Security experience.
• Proven experience managing enterprise environments across cloud and on‑premises.
• Strong cloud administration and architecture skills (Azure and OCI).
• Solid enterprise networking, cybersecurity, and firewall administration background.
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
• Certifications in Azure (AZ-104/AZ-305) or OCI Architect tracks.
• Experience with IAM and identity governance in hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure across Azure and OCI.
• Administer and support hybrid cloud environments, integrating on-premises and cloud services.
• Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.
• Implement and manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Administer network security solutions including FortiGate and Palo Alto firewalls, load balancers, and WAF.
• Manage endpoint security platforms such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Trend Micro Apex One, and Kaspersky Endpoint Security.
• Monitor infrastructure health and performance using Azure Monitor, OCI Monitoring, and OpManager.
• Develop infrastructure security standards, policies, and operational best practices.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure solutions.

About the Role

We're strengthening our Cloud & Infrastructure team and looking for a Senior Cloud & Security Infrastructure Engineer to own the design, security, and reliability of enterprise cloud and hybrid environments across Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure across Azure and OCI
• Administer and support hybrid cloud environments, integrating on-premises and cloud services (Azure Hybrid Identity)
• Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy
• Implement and manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions
• Administer network security solutions including FortiGate and Palo Alto firewalls, load balancers, and WAF
• Manage endpoint security platforms such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Trend Micro Apex One, and Kaspersky Endpoint Security
