You will collaborate with client-facing teams and clients, coordinating schedules, onboarding, and live sessions, while using data to drive practical recommendations that improve learner outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in relevant business.
• Graduation degree required; Edtech experience preferred.
• Strong PM skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage the end-to-end client upskilling programs.
• Coordinate schedules, onboarding, and live sessions with clients.
• Analyze data and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Leverage GenAI and automation to streamline workflows and scale delivery.
