What You’ll Do

As a Senior Analyst in a Client Focused role, you will work on long-tail projects focused on Implementation, delivering value to clients via individual expertise and/or institutionalized knowledge assets (products, tools, data, workshops, frameworks, surveys, domain-specific data, and related expertise, etc.). You will contribute to cases and proposals by contributing relevant analysis and insights and create strong impact for the client. While contributing to client cases, workshops and proposals, travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments is expected in order to understand client requirements and to design / develop solutions. You will support implementation projects, working in conjunction with business leaders, through activities such as:

• Driving key modules within implementation projects, focusing on executing strategies in line with established goals
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving, applying business transformation principles in practical scenarios
• Contributing to the activation of organizational design strategies and target operating models.
• Communicating with case teams and clients team members in a credible and confident way
• Ensuring high-quality execution of project components, maintaining a focus on practical efficiency and effectiveness
• Streamlining and enhancing organizational processes and skill development for efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives.

Additionally, as a Senior Analyst, you will contribute to codifying knowhow & assets emerging from case and proposal work and will assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your expertise.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of consulting experience in Operations/ Procurement and implementation or related field strongly preferred
• In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required; 4-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
• Analyzing data and extracting actionable insights
• Proven experience in effectively translating strategy into action
• Advanced use of MS Office (Excel, Power Point) other analytical tools is +
• Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
