Qualifications

• 9-10 years of experience in telecom mobile network rollout or civil telecom projects.
• Experience working with major KSA operators/vendors is preferred.
• Valid transferable Iqama is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning and coordination for mobile network rollout.
• Manage civil works and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Supervise telecom equipment installation and quality checks.
• Manage site engineers, subcontractors, and monitor work quality.
• Act as the primary point of contact with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage project budget and procurement of necessary materials.
