Almarai is seeking an experienced Senior Team Manager - Civil Engineering to lead civil projects, supervise site activities, and ensure compliance with quality, safety and engineering standards. Bachelor's in Civil Engineering preferred; 4-5 years' experience including 3 years in supervisory/engineering roles; strong ability to read drawings, perform testing, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Soil, aggregate, cement, and field compaction testing.
• Construction quality control and assurance.
• Civil works supervision and contractor management.
• Interpretation of engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety and construction best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations, work crews, and contractors.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Monitor quality, progress, and team performance.
• Provide technical guidance and support for project teams and contractors.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within standards.
• Conduct site inspections and address construction-related issues.
