Job summary

Carrier is seeking an experienced Senior Chiller Technician for Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The role covers installation support, inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of HVAC and chiller equipment following Carrier standards and EH&S procedures.

The ideal candidate will have strong HVAC knowledge, be customer-oriented, and capable of working independently or within a team to ensure safe, high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, HVAC, or related technical field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in the HVAC industry in field service and chiller maintenance.
• Valid Saudi driving license.
• Good command of English (speaking, reading, writing, listening).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Attend and complete service, maintenance, inspection, and repair tasks within the required timeframe and to the expected quality standards.
• Inspect HVAC and chiller equipment to ensure efficient and reliable operation.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare estimates of required labor hours, materials, parts, and tools.
• Prepare accurate inspection reports covering site conditions, scope of work, findings, and technical recommendations.
