Job summary

Carrier in Madinah, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Senior Chiller Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for installation support, inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of HVAC and chiller equipment while upholding Carrier standards.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, particularly chillers, plus the ability to work independently or with a team, communicate effectively with customers, and comply with EH&S

Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, HVAC, or a related technical field.
5–8 years of relevant field service and chiller maintenance experience.
Valid Saudi driving license.
Good command of English, including speaking, reading, writing, and listening.

Responsibilities

Attend and complete assigned service, maintenance, inspection, and repair tasks within the required timeframe and quality standards.
Inspect HVAC and chiller equipment to ensure efficient and reliable operation.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and recommend corrective actions.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment following industry practices and manufacturer recommendations.
Prepare accurate inspection reports covering site conditions, scope of work, findings, and recommendations.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; escalate issues as needed.
