Job summary

The CAD CAM Programmer will create optimized CNC machining programs for complex precision components used in Oil & Gas applications. Responsibilities include developing machining strategies, preparing manufacturing drawings, generating tool paths, selecting cutting tools, and supporting production to ensure efficient, high-quality manufacture with minimized cycle times.

Candidates should have 5–10 years of CNC programming experience and a strong CAD/CAM background, with proficiency in CAD

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in mechanical/tool/manufacturing engineering or equivalent.
• CAD/CAM certification is an added advantage.
• 5–10 years of CNC programming experience required, with CAD/CAM background.

Responsibilities

• Develop CNC programs for 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machines.
• Prepare machining methods and tooling lists.
• Support production with problem-solving and optimization.
• Maintain and document CNC programs and drawings with revision control.
