Role Overview

We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Business Analyst to support banking transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on Real Estate Finance, Mortgage, and CRM systems. You will work closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to shape digital and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a functional Business Analyst embedded within banking business teams
  • Gather, structure, and validate business requirements for mortgage and retail banking initiatives
  • Analyze end-to‑end mortgage and real estate finance customer journeys
  • Translate business needs into:
    • Functional specifications
    • User stories
    • Process flows
  • Support CRM initiatives across requirements, design validation, and UAT
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements in mortgage operations
  • Maintain clear documentation and requirement traceability
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement
  • Collaborate daily with stakeholders and delivery squads to ensure alignment
Required Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services
  • Strong domain knowledge in:
    • Real Estate Finance
    • Mortgage lifecycle
    • Credit assessment and collateral processes
  • Experience working on CRM projects (Siebel is a strong plus)
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Hands‑on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and documentation tools
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured documentation skills
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders in client environments
  • Familiarity with Saudi banking regulations and government integrations (KYC, credit bureau, etc.) is highly preferred
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
