Job summary

Fichtner Consulting Engineers Company seeks an experienced Senior Boiler Engineer to lead design, installation and commissioning of complex boiler systems across multiple sites. You will drive predictive maintenance programs, troubleshoot critical issues and ensure strict safety and environmental compliance.

The role requires 7–10 years in industrial boiler engineering, PE license and CBO certification, with preference for powerplant exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• PE license demonstrates high engineering competence.
• CBO or equivalent certification validates practical boiler expertise.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in industrial boiler engineering and operations, preferably in powerplants.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, installation and commissioning of complex boiler systems ensuring safety and environmental compliance.
• Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize boiler performance across sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical boiler operating issues under time-sensitive conditions.
