Job summary

Parsons is seeking a highly experienced BIM Coordinator – Structural/Civil to join our team in a luxury project environment. You will audit, coordinate, and validate BIM models, ensuring data integrity and seamless collaboration across architecture, structure, MEP, and interiors.

Strong leadership in coordination workshops and ISO 19650 compliance is essential. The role requires 12–15 years in BIM management on high-end buildings, with at least 2 years in PMC/lead consultant roles on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in structural or civil engineering or related field.
• 12–15 years in BIM management, with 10+ years on luxury building projects.
• Minimum 2 years in PMC/lead consultant roles on mega-projects.

Responsibilities

• Audit structural/civil BIM models for EIR and BEP compliance.
• Validate asset metadata and data completeness for AIM handovers.
• Track design progress and escalate non-compliance with PMC BIM Manager.
• Lead multi-party BIM coordination workshops and resolve interfaces.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks or equivalent tools.
• Ensure models meet ISO 19650 and high-end luxury standards.
• Provide training and support on BIM processes to project teams.
