Job summary

شركة نقل المياه is seeking a BCM and Supply Chain leader to design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive BCM and supply chain framework. The role focuses on leading risk assessments, developing mitigation strategies, and aligning BC activities with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

The candidate will coordinate with internal leadership and external stakeholders to ensure BC strategies are understood, supported, and integrated with enterprise risk management and IT disaster

Qualifications

• Experience designing and maintaining BCM and supply chain frameworks.
• Experience leading risk assessments and scenario planning.

Job Purpose

The job holder is responsible for design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s comprehensive Business Continuity Management (BCM) & Supply chain framework including leading advanced risk assessments, developing mitigation strategies, and aligning BC activities with organizational goals, regulations, and emerging risks.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensuring work is performed based on approved policies, processes, procedures, and instructions.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, practices, cost optimization, and productivity & efficiency improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards within WTCO and related functions such as but not limited to (HC, HSSE, Risk, Cybersecurity, etc..).
• Escalate problems to ensure case/issue is closed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Lead comprehensive risk assessments and scenario planning for BC & Supply chain and Crisis Management.
• Serve as a key liaison with internal leadership and external stakeholders to ensure BC strategies are well understood and supported.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance BC & Supply chain readiness and crisis response capabilities.
• Oversee the development and execution of organization-wide BC & Supply chain and crisis training programs.
• Ensure full integration of BC & Supply chain strategies with enterprise risk management, IT disaster recovery, and cybersecurity measures.
• Evaluate the resilience of third-party relationships and implement improvement plans where needed.
• Ensure BC & Supply chain and Crisis Management activities meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Lead financial risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of disruptions.
• Oversee and facilitate post-crisis reviews, embedding lessons learned into organizational policies and plans.
• Provide expert guidance to teams and leadership on BC and Crisis Management best practices
