Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company 1 seeks a Senior Manager - Asset Management to shape and deliver a citywide asset framework. You will govern, accept, monitor, and renew assets in a data-led, risk-based approach across the city.

You will lead lifecycle planning, asset data improvement, and handover readiness, partnering with the Head of Asset Management and senior stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient asset performance aligned with long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in asset management or city-scale asset programs; experience in large developments preferred.
• Experience with ISO55001 standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of the City-wide Asset Strategy and governance.
• Assist in Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) balancing value, risk, and service outcomes.
• Develop asset classification and hierarchy framework for consistent citywide approach.
