Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Manager - Asset Inventory and Systems to support the Head of Asset Management in delivering asset data, inventory, and systems priorities for the city.

You will help maintain the central asset register, enforce data quality, and ensure asset information systems meet governance and planning needs, creating a trusted single source of truth to support lifecycle management, maintenance scheduling, and investment decisions across the city.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Asset Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in asset inventory management, asset control, or related disciplines.
• Experience in asset management for city municipality and/or property management or operations.
• Knowledge of ISO55001 standards.
• Familiarity with asset registers, data governance principles, and lifecycle processes.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Experience developing asset management policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the central asset register to ensure accuracy.
• Support data standards, governance controls, and configuration management.
• Help implement asset classification across districts, asset types, and systems.
• Perform data quality checks, cleansing, and basic reconciliation.
• Support asset information capture during handover, adoption, and acceptance.
• Collaborate with teams to gather, update, and report asset data.
• Assist in administration of asset management systems and digital tools.
• Prepare standard reports and data extracts for performance tracking and planning.
• Coordinate asset data with maintenance schedules, renewals, and budget decisions.
• Support data-related audits, assurance activities, and governance reviews.
• Identify data gaps and propose practical improvements.
