The role focuses on translating design visions into buildable plans, ensuring Saudi Building Code compliance, coordinating with structural and MEP teams, and delivering high-quality outputs on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design and planning.
• Experience with residential villas, multi-story buildings and commercial developments.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Code and Riyadh regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of architectural concepts from concept through detailed design.
• Develop, review, and optimize architectural plans, floor layouts and space planning.
• Prepare and review drawings, layouts and documentation to high standards.
• Ensure designs comply with Saudi Building Code and local regulations.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP and other disciplines for integrated designs.
• Review and maintain quality, accuracy and consistency of outputs.
• Provide innovative and practical design solutions meeting client requirements.
• Conduct design reviews to improve layouts, functionality, and quality.
• Ensure deliverables are completed within project timelines and specs.
