Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• 10+ years of experience in structural engineering for large-scale projects.
• PE license or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structural analysis and design for diverse projects incl. residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.
• Prepare detailed structural drawings, calculations, and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects and other disciplines to develop integrated designs.
• Ensure compliance with local and international codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Review designs and provide feedback to junior engineers.
• Perform site inspections and attend project meetings to address challenges.
• Lead technical discussions and mentor junior team members.
• Stay informed about trends to enhance project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough structural analysis and design for diverse projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional buildings
• Prepare detailed structural drawings, calculations, and specifications to support project execution
• Collaborate closely with architects and other engineering disciplines to develop integrated design solutions
• Ensure adherence to local and international building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Review and provide constructive feedback on designs developed by junior engineers
• Perform site inspections and attend project meetings to address engineering challenges during construction
• Lead technical discussions and provide mentoring to junior team members, fostering their professional growth
• Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in structural engineering to enhance project delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on large-scale projects
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, and SAFE)
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and best practices in structural engineering
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
