Job summary

A leading technology firm in Saudi Arabia seeks a project coordinator with a strong background in Information Technology. The role involves coordinating business requirements, assisting in system design, and ensuring IT standards adherence for the implementation of the iMOMS project. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in IT and at least 8 years of experience in oil and gas or petrochemical sectors. Familiarity with IMOM or IRIS is essential. A proactive attitude and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

Overview

In context of Amiral, work in coordination with PetChem Business proponent and information technology (IT) together by understanding requirements and limitations to control the execution and implementation of iMOMS project. Ownership for quality of work and deliverables on pre-defined Business Scope.

Description
  • Structuring and prioritizing Business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approvals.
  • Assist requirement gathering, developing system design and drafting functional specifications.
  • Provide technical expertise and coherent recommendations assessing project.
  • Identify modifications required in existing landscapes to meet user requirements.
  • Collaborate with Project Leader, Data & Analytics and ICT team to ensure solutions are viable and consistent by ensuring adherence of IT standards, company policies and procedures during entire development process to support a quality deliverable.
  • Responsible for status reports and presentations during weekly meetings with management.
  • Should follow a can-do attitude for any other task required by ICT Management.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Degree : Bachelor Degree in (Information Technology) or equivalent.
  • Experience in "IMOM" (Integrated Manufacturing Operations Management System) OR "IRIS" (Integrated Refinery Information System)
  • Minimum Experience : 8+ years of related experience.
