Senior Analyst – Provider Performance Improvement

Join McKinsey & Company as a Senior Analyst in the Provider Performance Improvement (PPI) practice, working with hospitals in Riyadh, Dubai or Doha to drive operational improvements, cost effectiveness and quality of care. Your responsibilities include engaging front‑line client teams, applying healthcare, operational and analytical expertise to areas such as clinical operations, procurement, workforce management and capital. You will own client relationships, deliver analysis, translate insights into actionable recommendations and guide implementation projects.

Responsibilities
  • Engage front‑line client teams to identify improvement opportunities in labor, external spend, clinical operations and capital.
  • Apply healthcare, operational and analytical expertise to topics ranging from clinical operations to procurement and workforce management.
  • Own client relationships and guide syndication discussions and long‑term implementation projects.
  • Deliver analysis, translate it into actionable insights and support value capture for clients.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, data scientists and engineers.
  • Travel to client sites as required.
Qualifications
  • University degree with an excellent academic record; advanced degree preferred with a clinical background in hospital operations & change management.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a hospital/clinical setting or direct provider consulting environment.
  • Interest and skill in procurement, clinical operations (e.g., length of stay, throughput), workforce management and analytics.
  • Experience with quantitative/data analysis in the health‑care sector.
  • High level of entrepreneurship, professionalism and presence.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency with GenAI for core tasks and awareness of AI risk.
