About the Role:

We’re seeking a Senior AI Business Analyst who can translate business needs into clear, structured requirements that guide design, development, and delivery. You will analyze current processes, identify gaps, define workflows, and ensure each automation use case delivers measurable business value.

What you will do:

• Lead requirement gathering, clarification, and alignment with enterprise stakeholders
• Translate high-level business needs into structured requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria
• Own BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and requirement traceability across multiple work streams
• Design detailed as-is and to-be workflows with clear logic, branching, and decision paths
• Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and business constraints early
• Guide product, engineering, and QA teams on business rules and logic interpretation
• Validate end-to-end workflows and outcomes before release to ensure business value and ROI
• Mentor junior analysts and elevate documentation, discovery, and analysis standards
• Ensure alignment between business, product, engineering, and QA

Qualifications:

• At least three to five years of experience in business analysis and product management
• Strong requirement-gathering and process-mapping skills
• Ability to simplify complex problems into executable logic
• Understanding of APIs and integrations at a conceptual level
• Experience in SaaS, AI, or digital platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
