Job summary

Jobskey Search and Selection is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Accountant for a client in FMCG/food manufacturing to manage end-to-end receivables and collections for major retail and modern trade accounts.

The role requires 5-7 years of AR/Collections experience, strong ERP and Excel skills, and fluency in English and Arabic. The position is based in Saudi Arabia and involves collaboration with Sales and Trade Marketing teams, month-end closing, and AR reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5-7 years AR/Collections experience, with at least 3 years handling major retail accounts.
• FMCG, food manufacturing, or consumer goods experience preferred.
• Experience with major retail chains in Saudi Arabia/GCC.
• Strong ERP and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Fluent English & Arabic is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage AR, collections, invoicing, cash application, and customer reconciliations.
• Handle key accounts such as hypermarkets, supermarkets, and major retail chains.
• Follow up on overdue payments and resolve invoice disputes, deductions, and short payments.
• Monitor credit limits, customer balances, and aging reports.
• Coordinate with Sales and Trade Marketing teams on rebates, promotions, deductions, and commercial claims.
• Support month-end closing, AR reporting, DSO, and bad debt provisions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and support ERP/AR process improvements.
