Job summary

A leading company in the car rental and transportation sector is seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant in Riyadh. This role involves managing supplier transactions, ensuring accurate financial recordings, and supporting month-end closing. Ideal candidates will have 4–5 years of experience in accounting, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of IFRS is also required, along with fluency in Arabic and professional-level English.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in accounts payable.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and financial compliance.
• Full or partial CMA or FMVA certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier transactions and ensure accurate financial recording.
• Perform AP reconciliations and support month-end and year-end closing.
• Assist in preparing financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
